Updates...

Although I have not written in this space in a very long time, I have been very busy indeed! Unfortunately I cannot share the fruits of my labor on my website due to agreements and contracts with my clients. I can say I am so lucky (and grateful) to work with graduate students for their student events and I have been capturing candids around campus for a school organization.

My repertoire has expanded and even my photography kit is growing... slowly.

On a side note I'm also delving into my yoga practice and it helps keep my arms and wrists strong. If you find yourself with cramped hands at the end of a long shoot try some simple wrist rolls, finger "flicks", and stretches.

Hope you are doing well. Just because I don't stay in touch doesn't mean I have forgotten you.

Be well.

Flip Side of the Atlantic

I am back in the States and settling into a new routine. Seeing things "back home" with a refreshed pair of eyes has given me motivation to take photos of places from my days of yore. Old friends and acquaintances are showing up from all around, and it makes me feel as if I never left. As always I'm still posting on Instagram because I'm trying to keep a focal point on visions of life. Also, I have been busy editing and posting new photos on my Flickr account, so please check them out

I'm feeling verbose today, or maybe that is always, but I'm determined to write and shoot more. I hope my visual and written stories keep you captivated and make you come back for more.

Much love and be well.

In Flux

For the past half year things have been a bit tumultuous... I moved from Heidelberg to Kaiserslautern to Olsbrücken and now I'm in the process of moving back to the United States. Today is my last real day with my desktop computer after which I will have to halt all editing and posting. My latest edited photos can be found on Flickr but once I'm back on solid ground I'll be sure to update again. Until then I will keep shooting and wait for the day I can upload, as well as keep my Instagram feed fresh. Hope you have a pleasant summer and see you on the flip-side.

Opening Day

Starting point. I'm starting small and at least that much. Hope you join me on my journey and enjoy what you see.

Be well, Tessalina
